2022 SACE Results and Transition

In yet another Covid-impacted year for our students, Reynella East College still achieved a 94.66% SACE completion rate in 2022.

Along with these overall results we had 125 grades in the A grade bands. Within these results were 12 A+’s, 3 with Merit. Congratulations to Noah Miller, who achieved those three Merits in English, Music Explorations and Research Project:

ATSI SACE Success 2022

We had two First Nations students complete their SACE in 2022, Shae Ward and Ryley Sowter. Shae has been offered a place in Nursing at Flinders University and Ryley a place in Geospatial Information Systems at Flinders University. We congratulate them on all of the work that they put into their studies in 2022 and wish them all the success in their future endeavours.

Successful Student Pathways Transitions 2022

Along with the completion of Certificate III qualifications above, we had 17 students gain apprenticeships within the Construction, Automotive & Beauty industries. We also had several students gain employment in Early Childhood Education and Animal Care industries, based on their pathway and training through school. Two other students continue to work in their school-based traineeships, one with Education Department in IT Support and one in Hairdressing. Despite the impact of COVID, we also had 23 students who completed Certificate II qualifications.

We are proud of ALL our Year 12s who attained their SACE last year, along with our amazing Senior School teaching and support staff, who navigated yet another challenging year to support our students in achieving the best possible outcomes.
