Come and Try Cookery Class

A group of Year 10 students signed up to a come and try cookery class hosted by Ben from the Adelaide Institute of Hospitality.

They took over the REC commercial kitchen and cafe to learn how to produce choux pastry and turn it into profiteroles. The end results were delicious!

The Certificate II Cookery course is one of a number of VET courses on offer to REC students.
