The subject expo and subject selection day will run from 8.00am until 6.30pm next Wednesday 23 August in both the Fraser Gym and the Library. All students in Years 7 to 11 are required to attend with a caregiver during the day. Normal classes will not be running for those year levels.
Subject selection packages were given out in Home Group on Friday 11 August. If your student did not collect the subject selection pack they will be available for collection in the subject expo hall (Fraser Gym).
Process for the day will be for students and caregivers to move through the expo hall and gain teacher approval for subjects selected on their hard copy subject selection form. Changes made to subject selections must be updated on Web Preferences using the laptops provided in the Fraser Gym. Once all subjects are signed off and Web Preferences are updated, students and caregivers are to move to the Library and meet with the counselling team for final subject selection approval.
Finally, raffle tickets will be available to purchase from the Fraser Gym foyer with proceeds going towards the Arts program and the Whole School Production.
