On Thursday 23 November the REC library was transformed into an art gallery for the end of year Visual Art & Design exhibition. The quality of the work exhibited from Year 7-12 Visual Art, Design and Creative Arts – Visual Arts classes is excellent and something all of our students should be proud of. We had a great turnout of students and families who attended the opening – the weather was miserable, but the coffee cart brought the warmth and all were very impressed with the display of student learning. We again awarded a People’s Choice award for middle and senior school. Votes were collected on the night and Abi B (Year 12) took out the senior prize ($60 Eckersley’s voucher) and Jacinta B (Year 9) took out the middle school prize ($30 Eckersley’s voucher).
