A group of Year 9 high band learners recently participated in the Futurepreneurs program. The workshop, run in partnership with The Smith Family, was a fast-paced introduction to the world of building a start-up business with a focus on recycling and sustainability. Students trained their entrepreneurial super-powers including creative problem solving, critical thinking, product design and collaboration. The day culminated in pitching their new products to the rest of the group, with some exciting design ideas presented.
