Intercultural Week

In Week 4 we celebrated Intercultural Week, where students across the College engaged in a variety of immersive learning experiences. This annual event highlights the rich diversity within our school community, promoting values of respect, inclusivity and global awareness. Through hands-on activities and shared experiences, students and staff explored different cultures, deepening their appreciation of diversity and fostering unity and open-mindedness.

In the Primary School, students learned about various countries and created games inspired by each one for others to enjoy. Our global connections with partner schools worldwide allowed for collaborative projects where students practiced language skills and examined sustainability from diverse cultural perspectives. Additionally, our International Ambassadors and Leaders organised a series of cultural activities and cooking sessions for over 200 high school students, offering them the opportunity to share their heritage and teach their language. Intercultural Week serves as a powerful reminder of our globally connected world and highlights the importance of equipping our learners to navigate diverse perspectives with understanding, empathy, respect and confidence.
