Our international program is growing as border restrictions ease and this term we welcomed 3 Year 10 students from Japan, 7 students from Vietnam enrolled in Years 7-10 and another Year 10 student from Germany.
Some of these new students recently got to know the local wildlife at Cleland Wildlife Park, along with our REC International Ambassadors.
We are expecting 23 new International students next term from Vietnam, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Bangladesh. The ISEC Program (Intensive Secondary English Course) will recommence and study tours are starting up with Ushiku High School coming in early November.
Host families needed
As we see study tours return we are updating our host family data base as many of our previous families are now no longer in a position to host. If you, or anyone you know may be interested, please contact us. Host families are paid $300 per week per student (with the chance to often host two at a time) and will be supported through the accreditation process.
