Zoe Walter has a daughter in Year 5 and her family is new to REC this year. She joined the Governing Council “to better understand the school community and support a welcoming, inclusive and positive school culture. I’m learning about the school and welcome opportunities to connect with students, parents and staff. Kelly Bax is on the Fundraising and Canteen sub-committees and has daughters in Years 6 and 9. Kelly says, “I believe the community can make a difference and impact on the education department. I have an interest in helping and understanding the challenges this school faces and the governing council is a safe environment to share my views. I have previously been on Fundraising committees at Morphett Vale East primary school and the Governing Council and Fundraising committee at Emu Children’s Community Centre”.
