The Year 12 Food & Hospitality class recently completed their Takeaway Made to Order task.
Staff members were invited to pre-purchase a dish from the menu, which were cooked and served last week from our commercial kitchen and VET cafe. The menu included Thai green chicken curry, butter chicken, toasted chicken wraps, sushi bowls, taco bowls and chilli con carne, with options for dietary needs such as gluten free and vegan.
The dishes tasted as good as they looked!
