Over two consecutive Tuesdays (8/8 & 15/8) the Year 10 Outdoor Education class completed their Mountain Biking practical activity at Glenthorne National Park. We were extremely lucky to have sunny conditions on both occasions which enabled the group to better develop their skills and engage in the program. All students were excellent representatives of the school as they first explored proper equipment use and riding skills, then as the program progressed, the group was able to get out on a number of trails and test themselves on both flat and hilly sections.
A big thankyou to Gerard Treloar (GT) who supplied the bikes and led the program over the two days and to Ryan Tripney and Jono Lagonik for their support and assistance.
