Last Tuesday our annual Music Night was held in the Fraser Gym. Students were excited to perform to their friends and families, and for many this was their first performance ever. The evening kicked off with the Concert Band playing 3 pieces, followed by the 8, 9 and 10 class bands. Various solos were included throughout the evening and showcased what great talent we have amongst our musicians! The choir performed 3 songs, including a sneak peek at what will be on offer at our Arts Production “The Chocolate Factory” next term. The Percussion Ensemble and newly formed Taiko Drum Group pounded out some great rhythms and to conclude the evening, the ever-popular Year 12 rock band Jeahns took to the stage.
