During Year 5, students have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument and be involved in our Instrumental Music program. At the end of the first semester, students come together to use their new skills in playing as a band. This is a great opportunity to improve team work and work on rhythm and melody, as well as giving students the chance to see if they would like to continue learning their instrument in Semester 2. This also forms the beginning of many students’ musical journey.
