In Week 8 the Year 9 Outdoor Education class travelled to Vertical Reality for indoor rock climbing. This was a great opportunity for students to work together and build trust before beginning the bushwalking and camping component of the program. The group then travelled to Mount Crawford and began bushwalking. The weather was excellent across the 3 days which made the experience far more pleasant. All students were tested at different times and they found out something about themselves along the way, as well as gaining skills and having new experiences in the outdoors.
