Reynella East College was proud to host the 2026 South Australian Volleyball Schools Cup from Thursday 13 to Sunday 16 August.
The tournament, run by Volleyball SA, brought together schools from across South Australia, with students competing across a range of divisions and showcasing their skills, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Our College was buzzing throughout the event as teams took to the courts and families, staff and volunteers supported the players. It was fantastic to see our facilities used to host such a large state-wide sporting event and welcome schools from across South Australia to Reynella East College.
A special thank you to The Honourable Nat Cook MP, who took the time to visit the event and get involved, lending a hand at our volunteer canteen. It was wonderful to have Nat join our volunteers and experience the energy of the Schools Cup firsthand. Her support and willingness to pitch in were greatly appreciated.
We would also like to extend a huge thank you to all of the volunteers who helped run the fundraising canteen throughout the event. From serving food and drinks to keeping everything running smoothly across the busy days, their time and effort helped make the canteen a success and provided valuable support for our College community.
