Students in the SACE Beauty, Hair & Makeup subject recently took part in a fun and hands-on workshop with professional makeup artist LucyAlice Makeup.
Lucy visited the class to share her skills, tips and knowledge with students. During the session, she completed a live makeup demonstration on one of the student models while the class watched, asked questions and learnt new techniques.
Students had the chance to see how professional products are used and picked up helpful advice about makeup application, colour matching and beauty trends. The workshop gave students a better understanding of the beauty industry and helped build their confidence and practical skills.
The class was highly engaged throughout the session and enjoyed learning directly from someone working in the industry. Opportunities like this are a great way for students to connect their classroom learning with real-world experiences.
