On 31 March our REC special options students embarked on an excursion to the Adelaide Zoo to attend the annual Variety Kids’ Easter Picnic.
The day was filled with excitement as students explored the zoo’s many exhibits, learning about diverse animal species and the importance of conservation. The excursion provided a valuable opportunity for interactive learning outside the classroom, with students engaging in fun, educational activities and developing a deeper appreciation for wildlife.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, the Rotary Club provided a delicious sausage sizzle lunch, hot cross buns and a variety of snacks from Woolworths, ensuring all students enjoyed a meal.
Reynella East College extends its heartfelt thanks to Ladies of Variety for their ongoing support for our students.
