The Year 12 Food & Hospitality class recently celebrated the teachers and SSO’s who have supported them throughout their schooling journey by hosting a special Grazing Day.
As part of their assessment task, students worked together as one team to plan and prepare a delicious grazing table for invited guests. The spread featured a variety of fresh and colourful foods, all carefully presented by the class.
The event gave students the chance to showcase their food preparation, teamwork and hospitality skills while also thanking the staff members who have guided and encouraged them over the years.
The grazing table was enjoyed by all and was a wonderful way to celebrate the strong connections built throughout their time at the College.
