On 7 November our Year 5/6 girls and boys volleyball teams travelled out to The Lights Community and Sports Centre to compete in the Statewide volleyball competition. The day was full of action from both of our teams, and it was awesome to see all of our students develop their volleyball skills and knowledge of the game across the day! We came up against some tough competitors, but our REC teams still stayed positive and showed some true team spirit. Special thanks to Blake N in Year 11 for sharing his expertise with our Primary students. This was the first taste of competition volleyball for most of our players, with many of them already looking forward to continuing their volleyball journey into Year 7 next year!
