On Wednesday 14 June 14 the Year 10 Hairdressing students presented to an enthusiastic audience their “Total Look Runway Show”. The students are undertaking a pre-voc course and will gain SACE credits through the Stage 1 Workplace Practices subject. The students had to work collaboratively in small groups to devise a theme and then research into that topic and create a mood board and proposal. They then had to develop a “whole look” creating a suitable hairstyle, makeup design and appropriate clothing to depict their theme. Fabulous creativity was revealed on the night with interesting and varied themes such as different eras and decades, the seasons and the TV show “Euphoria”.
